World Book Night 2013




Today is yet another snowy windy Sunday in Massachusetts...this is becoming an off-putting trend.









The great news is I just found out I will be a Giver for World Book Night 2013.  I participated in this event last year and I'm thrilled to be part of it again!  I will be handing out 20 copies of 


After 25 years of fulfilling and creative classroom teaching, I have decided to pursue a new career path!  My first choice and dream job is to work with books and people so that's where I'm going to focus my lifelong-passion-for-books energy while searching.  All suggestions and leads from book people welcome!

  2. Congratulations! I haven't heard anything about World Book Night here in Portland, which is odd since Portland is such a bookish city. I'll go investigate.

  3. That's wonderful. We don't have it here in the Netherlands so I'm a bit jealous. I haven't read The Lightning Thief but I'll keep an eye open for it.
