Yes! ... I have greatly missed all of you book people; readers, bloggers, authors, reviewers, and friends!
I'm just now getting back into reading after some months of grieving and other stresses. My dad passed away at the end of August, just as the new school year was starting. I miss him terribly but feel truly blessed to have had the childhood and life experiences that I shared with him, including being with him as he was saying goodbye and his body was shutting down. What an incredibly sad yet beautiful experience.
As per usual, I have a lovely stack of books waiting to be devoured. I'm currently reading The Beautiful Mystery written by Louise Penny.
